DOHC Engine Layout

With a unique finger-follower rocker design, the DOHC engine maximizes power and raises the redline, resulting in superior performance.

Hydraulic Clutch

Like the Team HRC race bikes, the WORKS EDITION comes with a factory-installed hydraulic clutch. This is a first for a stock Honda 250, eliminating the need to adjust the lever and providing a much lighter and more accurate feel.

Yoshimura Exhaust

The CRF250R HRC WORKS EDITION’s exhaust is another premium item. It's a full titanium system made especially for us by Yoshimura. Super light and super trick, it sounds amazing, too.

Dunlop Geomax AT81 Tires

Dunlop’s Geomax AT81 tires are specifically designed for cross-country use. They are spec'd at 21 inches for the front and 18 inches for the rear.

Race-Bred Chassis

We tuned the tripleclamps, frame, fork, and steering stem for ideal chassis rigidity and responsiveness to give the bike cornering feel for days.

Responsive Frame

A superior frame is crucial for excellent handling, and the chassis delivers. It's lightweight and responsive, with narrow main spars, and was designed with direct input from Team Honda HRC riders.

The bike’s Lithium-Ion battery is both super light and high-performing. It weighs less than half as much as a conventional lead-acid battery.
