I purchased a Ducati Panigale V2 Troy Bayliss dition in March of 2023 and the experience was by far the best motorcycle purchase experience to date. At the time of purchase, the 2023 bikes had yet to arrive at most Ducati dealerships and I was being given the run around both for availability and price. I was about to give up on purchasing this bike as I was rather discontent with the treatment I was getting from sales representatives at various Ducati dealers in both Montreal and Toronto. Yes, I was willing to go out of my market zone to obtain this bike. Decided to drop in at Powersports Canada simply to look at bikes and ponder what to do next: give up or try again. I spoke with Mike Parker, the Sales Manager, and explained the situation. He listened and tried to help by checking if and when the bikes were to be available. No pressure, no fabricated story as to why they were so rare, etc. Turns out these bikes were on their way from Ducati and would be imminently available. Returned to Powersports Canada the next week and sat down to negotiate a mutually acceptable deal with Mike. Dealing with Mike turned out to make this the best motorcycle purchase experience I ever had. And the first bike I purchased new in Ottawa in 20 years. I am not afraid to go and purchase out of town if I feel I am not being taken seriously. Mike was super respectful and made this purchase a pleasure and I am more than happy to have been able to support my local Ottawa Ducati dealership. Obtaining accessories for the bike from the parts department and dealing with Joel was equally pleasant. I have no hesitation recommending this dealership and will not hesitate to deal with them again in the future if and when I decide that I want a new motorcycle. For anyone looking to purchase a Ducati, Powersports Canada in Ottawa is well worth considering. I give them 5 stars out of 5!

Despite a slight friction with the service guy who didn't seem very happy to have to deal with a Franco who had trouble explaining the problems of the bike to him with perfect words and sound effects lol, I must admit that I was completely satisfied with the end result when I returned to the store to pick up my Ducati Multistrada Rally. The new person who answered me at the service desk was very professional and committed to answering me very respectfully, I felt respected as a customer. Thanks for that.Considering the fact that nothing is perfect and that most people have good and bad days, I still give 5 stars to Powersports Canada who helped me in the purchase of my Ducati Multistrada Rally 2023.
